As a result, the delivery timeline for customized products may range from 30 to 60 days, depending on the complexity of the design, the type of materials requested, and the current production schedule. Once your order is ready, our executive will coordinate the delivery and assembly directly with you, ensuring a smooth and transparent process from start to finish.

2. Delivery Charges

At KSFIC, delivery charges are not fixed and are determined based on several factors, including the dimensions and weight of the furniture, the specific delivery location within Bengaluru, and the ease of access at the destination, such as whether the item needs to be carried up staircases or through narrow passages. Because each order is unique in size and logistics, the delivery fee is calculated individually.

The exact charge applicable to your order will be clearly communicated during the confirmation process, ensuring there are no hidden costs or last-minute surprises.

3. Delivery Coverage

Our delivery charges are not fixed and vary depending on several practical factors, including the size and weight of the product, the delivery location within Bengaluru, and the accessibility of the destination, such as whether the item needs to be carried up multiple floors or into tight spaces. Each order is assessed individually, and the applicable delivery fee is clearly communicated to the customer during the confirmation stage, before dispatch is initiated. This ensures complete transparency and fairness in our logistics process.

4. Self Pickup

A Self Pickup option is available at checkout. Once your product is ready, we’ll share location and time details for collection from our warehouse or pickup center in Bengaluru.
